For all customers wishing to return an item, please follow the instructions below. All items are covered under a 30-day return policy from delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in the Return & Exchange Policy summary above.
For defective items, please contact the manufacturer first when applicable. Our team will verify serial numbers and confirm defects before issuing replacements or refunds. Non-defective items may be returned within the 30-day window in new condition, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items that are not in new condition or are missing accessories may be rejected and returned at the customer's expense.
While we ensure secure packaging, transit issues can occur. If your package arrives damaged, contact our customer service department immediately for priority assistance.
