Policy Guidelines

Please read carefully before initiating a return

Request RMA Number
  • We accept returns for both defective and non‑defective products.
  • We accept exchanges for eligible products.
  • Products must be in new condition, meaning unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Our standard return window is 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • All returns are processed by mail; we do not currently accept in‑store or drop‑off returns.
  • Unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated for a promotion, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the return shipping label.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to returns of non‑defective products and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

For all customers wishing to return an item, please follow the instructions below. All items are covered under a 30-day return policy from delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in the Return & Exchange Policy summary above.

Core Requirements

  • All exchanges and returns require a RA (Return Authorization) number.
  • You must request an RA number as soon as possible and no later than the timeframes specified in your RMA instructions, all within the 30-day return period.
  • To ensure your credit is successfully issued, return the item within 15 days of return approval.
  • Items must be in "as new" condition with original packaging and materials.

Important Conditions

  • Returns of non-defective products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable, and unless otherwise specified, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any return shipping label.
  • Certain items are non-returnable or have limited return eligibility, including: Software and hard drives (non-returnable), and open-box items (returns or exchanges by special request only). These exceptions do not change our standard 30-day return window for eligible products.

Defective Items

For defective items, please contact the manufacturer first when applicable. Our team will verify serial numbers and confirm defects before issuing replacements or refunds. Non-defective items may be returned within the 30-day window in new condition, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items that are not in new condition or are missing accessories may be rejected and returned at the customer's expense.

Damage in Transit

While we ensure secure packaging, transit issues can occur. If your package arrives damaged, contact our customer service department immediately for priority assistance.
